The Dispensary Agent “Budtender” is the primary contact between our guests and the company. They are responsible for educating guests about Legal Greens products and providing an excellent customer service experience. The ability to communicate effectively and have a good understanding of how to meet the guests’ needs will be a top requirement. Using the point-of-sale system will be another key area of accountability for the Budtender. The Budtender will practice and be compliant with state regulations and with Legal Greens standard operating procedures and protocol. Have the ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment that is grounded in servicing the guest and rooted in company growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a high-end customer service experience with focus centered on patient engagement and education while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and Legal Greens SOP’s
• Must have a can-do attitude at all times with a strong work ethic focused on long term Legal Greens mission.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the legal cannabis industry from an adult use standpoint.
• Ensure proper, accurate record keeping with Legal Greens tracking software and the State’s online database
• Must have awareness of current product availability with an ability to describe the production process behind each and every one of Legal Greens products.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling and managing customer information.
  Assists with the presentation of a well-stocked store front that is clean, safe and secure ensuring a positive retail experience.
• Accurately execute sales transactions via the point-of-sale system in an efficient manner
• Keep a current understanding of trends and research in the cannabis industry and have the ability to help customers with up-to-date information and knowledge base.
• Approach each and every customer interaction with a positive attitude, a welcoming tone of voice and effective communication skills that helps validate the customers concerns and needs.
• Be sensitive and empathetic to the needs of each and every patient
• Aware of state reporting system and compliance regulations and how that affects customer purchasing limits.
• Must always be aware this is a heavily regulated industry with focus shifted toward license compliance and patient confidentiality laws.
• Completes any other duties assigned in a professional and timely manner.
• Play an active part in guests’ education on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Provide necessary support to management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including/but not limited to: inventory counts, maintenance, and guest information for any reported issues and/or complaints
• Promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, guest-oriented, and compliant

• Valid driver’s license
• Two years’ experience in team-based customer service focused retail environment.

Position Overview:

Legal Greens, a minority-owned recreational dispensary of adult-use premium cannabis, is actively seeking diligent individuals to join our expanding team. We are currently looking to fill the role of Marketing and Graphic Design Agent. This pivotal position involves developing and executing creative marketing strategies tailored to cannabis products and brands. The successful candidate will merge graphic design proficiency with a comprehensive understanding of the cannabis industry, compliance regulations, and evolving marketing trends to craft visually captivating and compliant content across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including packaging, social media, websites, and print collateral. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
2. Maintain and update in-store menus and website content for a seamless user experience. Manage product photos and descriptions across platforms like Dutchie, company website, and third-party menus. Regularly update information and promotions.

Job Summary

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Retail Manager the Receptionist/WatchDog personnel is responsible for checking in guests and ensuring all visitors and customers are 21 years of age or older. The Reception/WatchDog Personnel is responsible for ensuring all visitors do not enter unless they are 21+ and have a valid ID. The Reception/WatchDog Personnel responds to all customer phone inquiries and provides outstanding customer service. Must be adept at managing the often-competing demands of customer service and physical security within a busy, regulated, retail environment. In addition, the Reception/WatchDog Personnel will perform the following duties:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the state-of-the-art security systems including alarms and video surveillance.
• Ensure that only authorized individuals are permitted access to the facility by verifying appropriate ID cards and other forms of identification.
• Ensure all visitors adhere to the correct sign in procedures and protocols.
• Ensure that all customers go through the appropriate intake and registration process.
• Oversee the entrance to the facility and verify the credentials of each person seeking access to the facility;
